Site boots to applications but system eventually reports back with browser failed to initialize. Error log shows A HOST_SHUTDOWN was initiated by the death of msgView Error: 200002352 and the blue screen of death is displayed. Error log shows Error: 200002352 A HOST_SHUTDOWN was initiated by the death of NSP. Warning: can't change permission /export/sdc/logfiles/inst_startlog
