Can't Perform AFT due to Erbtec Faults 60, 61
Symptom
Unable to perform Erbtec AFT procedure in Head or Body mode See Long Description. Fault codes 60 during Head AFT and 61 during Body AFT appear on Erbtec display. These error codes appear on the Erbtec chassis' front panel display only, they do not get logged. Erbtec error code 60 decodes as follows: "IPA AFT does not converge; this indicates that sufficient power exists for AFT but the motors cannot force a zero-phase condition. Problems could exist with the motors, motor drivers, IPA phase detector, Processor Board A/D, IPA tube, or cabling". Erbtec error code 61 decodes as follows: "PA AFT does not converge; identical to fault 60 probable cause".
