AMX 4 - LVLE -15 v supply loading down due to bad fil/kvp board
Symptom
AMX 4 - LVLE -15V Supply Loading Down None of the displays light up when turn on. The -15v supply in the LVLE is zero, but when the fil/kvp board gets is disconected at the LVLE (J6) the -15 v rise to value, but after less than a second the circuit breaker trips. This is caused by the fil/kvp signal *TRIP BREAKER going to low status.
