AMX 4 - SN3319 Spring Caster A new spring caster has been developed to increase the life of the AMX-4 base assembly by reducing the magnitude of loads imparted to the base during travel across expansion joints, thresholds, and uneven elevators. The spring caster is a standard caster fitted with mechanical springs which act as shock absorbers for the system when it travels across uneven surfaces.
