MVP3 Error 64 Failure in Closed Loop Selection with Small or Large Focus It is checked that the status of the CLESF (U280, pin12) and CLELF (U280, pin 13) signal does not coincide with that of the demand. This check is carried out during Prep and during an Exposure. This is a RECOVERABLE error.
