Symptom
MVP3 Error 39 No Current in Precontactor during excitation in exposure. This error means that there is no current in the precontactor during an exposure in which the precontactor is used after the CLOSED LOOP line is energized. This check is carried out from the time CLOSED LOOP is activated until the precontactor goes off. This error is considered FATAL for the system.
