Symptom
MVP3 Error 51 See long description. This check is carried out whenever the equipment is switched ON and may mean: Any of the Analog input channels LFC (pin 37A), SFC (pin27A), mA (pin 28A) or S8 (U274) are not on Zero when the equipment is switched on. Any of the analog utput channels mA DEMA (30A), LF DEM (32A), SF DEM (26A), KV DEM (21A) are not on zero when the equipment is switched on. The ANALOG DIGITAL converter is not working properly. The Converter Reference Voltage is not correct. In order to assist in remedying this error, Switch 2 on the board, (see point 3) may be set to ON, whereby the test will be repeated indefinitely until is correct. Any of what the possible failure is will be given by the code in the LEDS. ( o means ON). Input channel LFC (37A) is not at Zero after a reset. Input channel SFC (27A) is not at Zero after a reset. Input channel mA (27A) is not at Zero after a reset. The A/D converter of the MUX channel 8, +5VDC voltage or the SWAN signal is not correct. The mA DAC converter (30A) is not functioning properly, or one of the other three DACS does not have a Zero at its ouput during the test. The LF DEM DAC (32A) is not functioning properly. The SF DEM DAC (26A) is not functioning properly. The KV DEM DAC (21A) is not functioning properly. After correcting the error switch 2 should be set to OFF so that the program may run correctly.
