Symptom
MVP3 Error 32 The Forced Commutation Capacitors are not Charged 20 MS after the Charger SCR Q11is turned on. This error means that the expected charge value has not been reached 20 mS after exciting the charger SCR Q11. This check is carried out 200 mS after entering Preparation or Fluoro. This check is carried out from when the charger SCR is excited to the moment the charged value is reached, which is when the SCR goes off. If the elapsed time exceeds 20 mS, there must be a fault in the charger circuit. This error is considered FATAL for the system.
