The Tirc is Not in Operating Condition
Symptom
MVP3 Error 14 The TIRC is not in operating condition The error may mean two things. To distinguish them, look at the CURRENT ERROR LED on the TIRC module Control board. 1) LED ON: indicates that there has been a failure in the stator current. 2) LED OFF: indicates that there has been a parity error in communication between the Power Unit Microcomputer board and the TIRC Control board. This check is done whenever the equipment is switched on. This error is considered RECOVERABLE for the system.
