Error message

Error: 260118224 60-0403 mA out of range See Long Description for complete error Thu Jun 9 14:36:46 2005 260118224 orp orp_subsys gen_exec.c 2150 Host : Jedi Exception Class : Soft Severity : Pri/Soft File : gen_exec.c Line# : 2150 Function : No System Function Reported Scan Type : Helical Scan: 10105/2/5 (60-0403)mA out of range Measured mA every 50 msec exceeded 5 percent of mA demand. This error is logged, but does not stop the exposure. Z6,Z7= 0h,0h Note: MA Out Of Range (60-0403) error may be bogus depending on mA scanning mode. If this error occurs during a Helical AutomA scan, please ignore. Jedi Error # 260118224 (60-0403) “Measured mA every 50 msec exceeded 5 percent of mA demand” is an informational message intended to identify a possible mA stability issue. This error is logged but does not stop the exposure. If this error happens during a fixed mA scan it could indicate a problem and should be investigated further. But, if this error occurs during a helical with automA, this error should be ignored. In the automA mode, the mA is constantly changing and therefore this message does not indicate a real problem. LightSpeed RT4 WB O G4 G HPT WB O M4 G HPT LightSpeed RT4 with GRE and MDAS4 or GDAS4 gantry At GE Medical Systems, we’re pioneering exciting CT technology for Radiation Therapy planning. Introducing the newest addition to our LightSpeed® series – LightSpeed RT, the first multi-slice, wide-bore CT scanner with the largest field of view in the industry. With a generous 80 cm gantry opening, the LightSpeed RT bore is 10 cm larger than conventional scanners. This provides complete flexibility for patient positioning freedom – even for the most demanding oncology needs. And the 65 cm variable field of view delivers 15 additional centimeters of visual coverage, allowing clinicians to see a patient’s entire anatomy for precise radiation therapy planning. Position and precision Thin, multi-slice imaging is the extra bonus – enabling respiratory gating, providing precise target delineation and delivering higher resolution digitally reconstructed radiographs (DRRs) than ever before. All adding up to the ability for you to deliver what really matters most – better cancer care for your patients. Plus, the LightSpeed RT scanner is available with the Exact™ couch insert, enabling you to consistently replicate patient immobilization for treatment. With LightSpeed RT, the future of your Radiation Oncology department is wide open. Why two different Versions? The story is when the program team released the BrightSpeed M3 Pilot sites in FW10 2006, 06MW03.5 (PF1.5 M3 version) was not ready, so the program team decided to use 06MW03.4 as BrightSpeed M3 version. When 06MW03.5 was released, BrightSpeed systems phased 06MW03.5 into the production line. The only difference between the two versions is the "Rotor not at speed" issue which was resolved in 06MW03.5. For BrightSpeed systems running 06MW03.4, a patch is needed to resolve the "Rotor not at speed" issue. The patch was shipped with all BrightSpeed systems running 06MW03.4. There is no reason to upgraded BrightSpeed systems running 06MW03.4 with the rotor patch installed. For systems running 06MW03.4 verify the rotor patch is installed: [insite@ct01 ~]$ showprods | grep -i patch I patch 04/10/2006 The GNU patch command, for modifying/upgrading files. ver 2.5.4 rel 2.5.4.19 I MX200ROTOR_PATCH 04/10/2006 This is a MX200 Rotor patch for 06MW03.* ver 1 rel 1.1 For 06MW03.4 the correct classC & classM: ClassC = part# 5167665 Ver 06MW03C.4 ClassM = part# 5167597 Ver 06MW03M.4
