Symptom
OLC or RSE or RST remote Engineer needs to run "quicksnap" remotely. CAUTION: quicksnap should not be run during data collection. Running ""quicksnap" during data collection could cause the recon engine to fail and interrupt data collection, just wait until the exam is over before running quicksnap. The Easy way to run quicksnap is only two steps - 1 open a unix shell 2- type quicksnap then just following - instructions on the screen. The customer could run quick snap from Image Works -> select Browser then the tool chest will be in the upper right had corner of the screen. In the tool chest a button for quicksnap is available. The quicksnap tool is used by engineering to collect needed timer files and various other logs from the system. The quicksnap tool can be used for data gathering when you are gather information for a PQR/PSR.
