Definium 8000 Issue with Table I/O Board due to incorrect labeling
Symptom
Def8000 After replacing the Table I/O Board, the Motion Amp continued to have status LED lit red. Recently two sites (a Lightning, and Definium 8000) had a suspected problem with the Table I/O Board. After replacement board was installed, the Motion Amp always had the status LED lit red.
