Symptom
MVP3 Error 12 Failure of Safety Contactor Connetion/Disconnection Power Unit Microcomputer Board checks the safety contactur status acknowledgement signal SAFE CHECK (pin 10B) matches the order SAFETY CONTACT (pin 5 B). When a change is ordered in the status of the contactor, no check is made for 80 mS. This error may also appear if a power fuse is blown. This check is done whenever the equipment is turned on. Mains input power has momentarily failed. In this case, the error will be corrected in a few seconds.
