PMT Tuning fails on EDI board system.
Symptom
PMT Tuning fails on EDI board system. HV DAC value is intermittently not present, issue in SW ver 4.5 b14. This issue is HV DAC value is not present in SW ver 4.5". Other name (PMT tuning problem) It was seen in manufacturing as well during first PMT tuning calibration, if the HV value is not loaded to the EDI boards The PMT tuning keeps failing and the workaround used is to power down the system, open/close AUI 4-5 attempts and then the PMT tuning start running.
