Symptom
Unable to print DASM is not recognized. Probe-scsi or scsistat did not see the DASM (device 0), only reported the CD, MOD and hard drive. The command "showdasm" also did not see the DASM and reported "ffffff" for status. The Ready and Transmit LED's on the front of the DASM were always on. If at the "OK" prompt, run probe-scsi or; On LX Systems; cd /export/home/sdc/bin scsistat For Linux Systems; cd /export/home/signa/bin scsistat
