Customer unable to scan with Bus voltage is present while Backup Contactor pilot relay indicates a de-energized state. Customer unable to scan with HVDC Bus voltage is present while Backup Contactor pilot relay indicates a de-energized state. Customer unable to scan with Error: 214080 HVDC Bus voltage is present while Backup Contactor pilot relay indicates a de-energized state.
