Bolus not detected and No command to inject Due to IPG2 Board
Symptom
Bolus Not Detected and no Command to Inject See long description for details. For about a week on 4-5 different patients, the site experienced a problem when attempting to use smartprep. Different protocols were used as different types of run-off sequences were scanned. Prior to the injected part of the study, the system would acquire baseline data. They would never receive the command to inject as the bolus was not detected. The system would sometimes lock up, requiring reboot. One instance, they scanned an Aorta where the bolus was detected, the tracker was very low on the anatomy and the contrast never made it down to the tracker, but they were commanded to inject. Renals failed 3 different times. The site had strange advisory errors during the trouble time: "RBW 16" accept or decline. When accepted, it would wipe out their protocol parameters. "Support routine peak B1 failed." Both errors were not in error log.
