Ensure 9.1 M4A or Higher Revision Software is Loaded.

Symptom

T1 FLAIR sequence causes Gradient faults. Sometimes the scan pauses due to current distortion faults and other times it completes the scan with no IQ issues and just has gradient data overranges in the log.

2244580 "%" Axis Gradient Data Overrange Occurred Error: 2244580 Host: MR1SMR Process: NSP File: HPC_PORT_ID:GAP/GIP/GP Line: 1889 Y Axis Gradient Data Overrange Occurred.^A The GP detected an error in the incoming High Speed Data from the IPG. Swap fiber optics at the Systems Cabinet. Run fiber optic diagnostics.
