Auto Prescan failed, RF Amplifier is not ready Getting another message that RF Amplifier is powering but message never goes away.
Error message
2254051 Power Monitor 1 Fault. RF Transmit power has reached safety limit allowed for scan parameters and patient weight. See Long Description Fri Aug 20 08:33:11 2004 Error: 2254051 Host: lx-mr Process: NSP File: SCP:PmMdsHWO Line: 1019 Power Monitor 1 Fault. RF Transmit power has reached safety limit allowed for scan parameters and patient weight. Check patient weight entered. amplitude: 35 pulse width: 33 duty cycle: 09 Fault in head amplitude. This could also occur when power cycling SSM.
