On IBACQ Genieacq 4.0 Second Order Correction never updates the correction file even though it seems to complete and store normally. During the SOC acquisition the image looks normal, when it completed it was named Co57 as normal. When a static acquisition is done using the Co57 spatial file the image looks terrible (It appears to have no spatial corrections applied). Tried to make a new cobalt SOC and named it 'Cobalt' at the end of the SOC. When performing a static acquisition with this file, it was not even listed in the Spatial file pull down.
