Cannot Download SPT Scan Rx
Symptom
Unable to Run SPT: Cannot Download SPT Scan Protocol See Long Description When attempting to run SPT, the system will not run it and posts error popup boxes that state as follows. "Please fill in plane field before continuing", and then "Invalid Rx for SPT". The following error message is logged. Fri Dec 19 12:41:38 2003 Error: 2219999 Host: lx-mr Process: scn File: SrxProtUtil.c Line: 518 Internal Software Error in read protocol interpreter: /usr/g/service/cclass/spt/gep/other/1.SPT, REVNO.
