Indigo Computer Fails to Boot up.

Symptom

Indigo Computer Fails to Boot up. The LED on the Computer is OFF. No Video is seen on the Monitor see long description LX system with an Indigo computer running 8.3 M5 Software. The Indigo computer fails to boot up. The led on the front of the computer is OFF. The fan is running and the led is lit on each of the SCSI peripherals, the CD, The floppy, and the MOD. No video is seen on the monitor. Checked the Aux power supply voltages and all are good. The documented procedure to check the SGI power supply is by verifying power on diags pass. The led on the front of the computer is OFF, so it appears power on diags failed. Indigo troubleshooting shows the following for power on Diagnostics with unlit led: Unlit led, no error - possible power supply failure, possible CPU failure.
