Unable to load Applications Software on an Indigo 8.3 system
Error message
Parameter File Missing Error After passing verification on 8.3 software install, system software attempts to load. After a few minutes the system will come back with "Parameter file missing error" preventing loading of software. This has something to do with the Time zone.
