FMI 40790_1 Preventive Tightening of Vg Lock Screws and Collimator Cart Front Wheels FMI 40790 _1 Preventive Tightening of Vg Lock Screws and Collimator Cart Front Wheels - Updates and Corrections 1. The screws, mounting VG Lock assembly to the ring of the gantry were not tightened properly. Loose screws in this location might cause the VG Lock to become disconnected from the bearing ring and allow free movement of the Detector #2 in a downward direction until collision with Detector #1. 2. One of the screws fastening the front wheel of the Collimator Cart to its axle, fell off. This could cause the cart to fall, particularly when it is loaded with heavy collimators. No Updates
