Note Some of the parts included in FMI40707 may be labeled erroneously. It has been reported that some of the labels of Head Handle of Head 1(ASM000917) and Head Handle of Head 2 (ASM000918) have been swapped. However, each part can only be installed on the appropriate head. Note Some of the parts included in FMI40707 may be labeled erroneously. It has been reported that some of the labels of Assembly Switch Head 1(ASM000919) and Assembly Switch of Head 2 (ASM000920) have been swapped. However, each part can only be installed on the appropriate head. Note It has been reported that in some cases there is not enough clearance between the edge of the head containers and the collimator carts. In this case it is possible to remove part 53 and the unused unlocking mechanism in Figure 3 or to redefine Collimator Exchange Home Position. Note In Section 9 of FMI40707, step number 2 (page 29) states “Reassemble the Locker Side Covers”. Please use the Locker Side Covers (MEC005846 and MEC005850, MEC005851, MEC005852 as install the original covers.
