Is there a file available containing the LX PC application s/w to download to the site?
Symptom
Is it possible to download the LX PC Application Software to the site? FE is on site performing the Load From Cold procedure on the LX PC computer but he doesn't have the LX PC application software with him or on site to be able to load it. He called the OnLine Center asking whether we could download it to him, or whether it was available on Support Central or elsewhere to download.
