CIL 2359906-100_0 Safety Notice Oct02 VG Helix Potential Danger to Patient's Fingers during Whole Body Problem: In an isolated incident during a Whole Body scan, a patient whose arms were positioned alongside his body, held on to the edge of the stretcher. The operator failed to notice this and, during the retraction phase, the patient's fingers were caught between the stretcher and the edge of the patient table.
