8.3 Buc Options Will Not Load
Symptom
Buc Options Will Not Load After doing the Software load, the IVI, Functool, Clariview and Voxtool options would not load. The customer is able to archive and all the scanning options will load, and the saveINFO MOD loaded without any issues. Results of "hinv" and "scsistat" are correct. When attempting to load the options, the MOD drive flashes the "leds" and then asks for the next MOD, never loading the option.
