Service Note 43524_0 May/04 VGH Possible Incorrect Patient Study Archiving. Motion and Worklist patch LSW000426 (part of UGP001351) When opening a worklist or catalog window from the protocol window, a connection to all existing open catalog or worklist windows is created. If the operator by mistake clicks on the wrong window, the protocol fields will change according to their selection. Service Note 43524 _0 May/04 VGH Possible Incorrect Patient Study Archiving. This happens intermittent while loading the patient information using the catalog data base or worklist to load into proper protocol fields. Sometimes the patient name was change to an other patient name apeared in the cataloge or in the worklist. If the operator by mistake clicks on the wrong window, the protocol fields will change according to their selection. No Updates
