Service Note 43532_0 Jun/04 Millennium MG/MC/MyoSIGHT Detector Mechanical End Stop Removal Warning An accident occurred on a Millennium MC while a Field Egineer was attempting to replace the cover of Detector #2. During the procedure an Allen Key fell inside the detector. While trying to retrieve the tool, the FE removed the detector’s mechanical end stop that prevents the detector from falling off the gantry and also activates the limit switch.
