2241528 % Axis Gradient Overload Occurred the GPM has reported an overload Fri Sep 10 10:58:56 2004 Error: 2241530 Host: wb001 Process: NSP File: HPC_PORT_ID:GAP/GIP/GP Line: 2540 Z Axis Gradient Overload Occurred. The Z Axis of the GPM has reported an overload. An overload is the result of the GPM output voltage not following the input command.

2241520 The GIP reported a X Axis Current Distortion Fault Tue May 16 17:26:51 2000 Error: 2241520 Host: MRCV_OW0 Process: NSP File: HPC_PORT_ID:GAP/GIP Line: 2231 The GIP reported a X Axis Current Distortion Fault. Another fault reported in the log could be the cause of this fault. Possible causes: GRAM Tuning, miniGRAM, components of the X Axis GPM, GIP, or cables.
