Customer wants to reload the Operator Workspace PC with Windows 2000 or higher version Microsoft Operating Software. Is this recommended or permitted? This customer has a software program of their own that won't run on Windows 98, which is what we have loaded on the OW PC. They asked the FE if they can reload it with Windows 2000. The FE in turn called the OnLine Center with this question.
