SPT Head Quick Check fails SNR with values in all three planes of about 23
Symptom
SPT Head Quick Check fails SNR with values in all three planes of about 23. The mobile driver reports that Head SNR is about 23 in all three planes in SPT Head Quick Check. He reseated the coil connections, no help. I asked the driver to reboot the scanner and reseat the coil connections again, this time on both sides of the I & Q coax cables and the Quick-Disconnect box, and rerun the test. He did this but it didn't fix the problem.
