Symptom
MRIQ Troubleshooting Ghosting Artifacts on Head Scans Link to image quality troubleshooting guide. System has ghosting artifacts on head scans. SPT shows severe Head instability in Magnitude and Phase. Running RFT shows severe magnitude and phase instability in Head Sense loop test, but passes at the Head T/R switch output (head quick disconnect blue connector). FE replaced the Head coil and cables but still has same symptoms. Image Library System has ghosting artifacts on head scans. SPT shows severe Head instability in Magnitude and Phase.
