Octane Computer unable to read files from CDR written on Dell D610 Laptop running Windows XP software
Symptom
Octane Computer unable to read files from CDR written on Dell D610 Laptop running Windows XP software. The FE "burned" the latest 9.1 "software updates", also known as "patches" onto a CDR using his Dell D610 laptop computer running Microsoft XP software. But when he mounted the CDR at the scanner running 9.1 software, it fails to see any of the files on the CDR. It does mount the CDR but it sees zero files written to it. The FE then reinstalled the CDR back on his laptop and saw that the patch files are really there. But the Octane can't see them.
