LX Communication problem between GP and GSC.
Symptom
MRIQ Scan stops Multiple Times, They Restart the Scan and it Completes but Images Have Severe Zipper Artifacts. http://3.87.118.28/optec3/common/8xdocs/epst/mod11/m11_010_000.html Link to image quality troubleshooting guide. Scan stops in the middle of gradient stressing (GRE) sequences. After the gradients recovered, the scan completes (eventually after several stops). The images get zippers and artifacts due to the stops.

Verify that the GSC is powered up and the serial communication cable is attached. If this does not work, try cycling GSC power. 2244597 - Gradients recovered successfully on all 3 axis. There are no Faults at the Present Time. Thu Dec 11 09:31:26 2003 2244597 2 MR-OC0 NSP SCP:GP 1069 The gradient system on the Z axis recovered successfully. There are no faults at the present time.
