Symptom

3.0T MKS 35KW RF Amplifier Blowers and Fans Not Running None of the blowers and fans inside the 3.0T MKS 35KW RF Amplifer are running. All the lights, readouts, and indicators are on but there is zero air flow.

Error message

2254256 3T RF Amplifier PA Air Flow (fault 41) see long description Sun Mar 18 17:42:13 2007 Error: 2254256 Host: MR0C1 Process: NSP File: SCP:../rf_nb_contro Line: 1491 3T RF Amplifier PA Air Flow (fault 41). Possible Causes: dirty air filters, bad fuses, defective sensor board. Check that air filters are clean. Test fuses on the Power Supply deck. If the fault persists, replace the RF amplifier.-> NOTE: This error can be cause by one of the 3 "hidden fuses" opening. See SN 67103 for details.
