Operator Accidentally Hit Combination of Keyboard and Mouse That Caused Operator Graphical User Interface Window to Move.
Symptom
The Window which contains the Auto Prescan, Manual Prescan, Prep Scan and Scan buttons is shifted over to the right side and up. Can't scan because the window at the bottom of the screen which contains the "Auto Prescan", "Manual Prescan", "Prep Scan", and "Scan" buttons, was shifted over to the right side and up. It was partially obscured by the window above it and part of it was "hanging off the screen" on the right side, so that part of this window was invisible.
