SGA Power Supply Under Voltage Fault due to Gradient Power Supply.
Symptom
Unable to Scan with SGA Power Supply UnderVoltage Fault See Long Description All HFA-S Lite gradient amplifiers are showing UV or undervoltage on power up, and there are undervoltage errors in the log (see below for error messages) and the system won't scan. Also HFA-S Lite Power Supply (PS-Lite2) is showing UV for all three axes. Cycling complete system power doesn't help. Extended Error: If this fault is intermittent, first rule out PSD-related problems by changing the FOV or oblique angle. If faults continue to occur, temporarily remove jumper J1 on the SGA Power Supply Control Board to prevent automatic recovery. On the next fault condition, look at the SGAPS OV LEDs on the front of the module to determine which axis caused the fault. If the BUS_OV LED is lit, check the 420V input to the SGA Power Supply from the PDU.
