Unable to Load Option Keys on a 15.0 or 16.0.
Symptom
Unable to Install 3DCOSMIC, VIBRANT, Brainwave Fusion, and LAVA-XV eLicense Options See Long Description The FE is unable to install the eLicense keys 3DCOSMIC, VIBRANT, Brainwave Fusion, and LAVA-XV. When the FE attempts to do this, an error message is posted at the bottom of the Guided Install GUI which reads as follows: Software option installation failed.
