Error while loading BAM 2228422 during TPS reset caused by ICN.

Symptom

Fails TPS Reset when booting up to Applications or when Resetting TPS See Long Description When the MR system is booting up to applications it will fail TPS reset but Applications will successfully boot. With Applications up and "Reset TPS" has been selected, TPS fails to download successfully.

Error message

2223878 A process has crashed on the VRE (00 30 48 59 F0 64[icn1]). Process dpserver, signal causing the crash 7, time 001631, date: 2007-11-10, UTC 1194621391 2223878 HDe_mfg NSP VREReset.cc 1008 Exception Class: Unknown Function: Recon: Data Acquisition A process has crashed on the VRE (00:30:48:59:F0:64[icn1]). Process: dpserver, signal causing the crash: 7, time: 00:16:31, date: 2007-11-10, UTC: 1194621391. Extended Error: During a TPS Reset the VRE gets scanned for core files that were generated since the last TPS Reset or System Restart. Only one such message is generated even if there is more than once core file. The oldest core file found across all ICNs is listed in this message.
