MOD drive will not recognize media.

Symptom

Unable To Label The MOD For Archive The Customer tried to archive but found they were not able to label a MOD. Note; The FE was able to save and restore info ok during the install. Confirmed that the archive device in the Browser was set to "Dicom MOD".

Error message

No Archive media is attached Request failed Found in arslog file. From the arslog file. cd /export/home/sdc/logfiles more arslog ......................
