Symptom
Need FRU PN for Handwheel Shaft used on OpenSpeed table See Long Description An FE found a damaged crank shaft on the OpenSpeed with Excite patient table and could not find a part number so he called parts ID. (This is the shaft that the lateral drive crank handle attaches to). They found a part number of 2261552 (SHAFT, HANDWHEEL) but unfortunately it is not an orderable part. He also called the OLC and they could not find a part number that is orderable. The part that is needed is in the illustration below within the blue box. How should the FE proceed to be able to get a replacement part for the crank shaft ?
