2244570 The gradient amplifier failed to go to Ready when commanded. 2244570 TOiMR2 NSP SCP:Grad 1106 Exception Class: Unknown Severity: Unknown Function: Gradient: N/A PSD: Spin Echo Coil: US SHOULDER PA Scan: 379/4 The X Axis gradient amplifier failed to go to Ready when commanded.-> 2244570 TOiMR2 NSP SCP:Grad 1106 Exception Class: Unknown Severity: Unknown Function: Gradient: N/A PSD: Spin Echo Coil: US SHOULDER PA Scan: 379/4 The X Axis gradient amplifier failed to go to Ready when commanded. 2244897 The GP is reporting a % Axis OverTemperature Fault See Long Description System will wait 5 minutes before attempting recovery. Extended Error: Check that the cabinet fan is functioning properly, rear door is closed and sealed, and that no filler panels have been removed from the front of the cabinet. Proper cooling requires a vaccum to pull air through the Gradient Amplifiers, Power Supply, and GP. If fault persists on specific PSDs write a PQR. If fault persists on many or all PSDs, replace Gradient Amplifier.
