Error message

2241085 Serial link error between Workspace Interface Module and Workspace PC. Error: 2241085 Host: HS_MR Process: NSP File: HPC_PORT_ID:spi_wim Line: 188 Serial link error between Workspace Interface Module and Workspace PC. First, run diagnostics to test Workspace Interface Module to Workspace PC communication. If error persists, check cable connections, power cycle Workspace Interface Module and reboot Workspace PC.
