Unable to Scan with 3T MKS RF Amplifier will Not go Ready MKS amp powers up but will not come ready.
Error message

Error: 2254230 Host: GE3T Process: NSP File: SCP:../rf_nb_contro Line: 1491 Exception Class: Unknown Severity: Unknown Function: RF: RF Transmit PSD: Gradient Echo Coil: 8HRBRAIN Scan: 14528/1 3T RF Amplifier Low Voltage Transformer Over Temp (fault 04). Possible Causes: restricted air flow, defective fans. Check for blocked or defective fan. If fault persists, replace RF amplifier.-> 2254342 RF Amplifier Interface RF Amp serial link failure. RF AIF failed to receive a packet transmission echo. If the link is broken, a separate error message will be logged. If not, a spurious error occurred.
