Defective Patient Handling Power Supply Module (PHPS).

Symptom

Alignment Lights will not turn on. Lights will not turn on at either of the three table positions; +25, 0, -25. Table functioned normally, system would scan fine except the landmark would not be accurate. No SRI diagnostic failures or errors logged in the system log.

This is identical to the 5109368-2 assembly but has power supplies with modification to allow operation up to a 200 Gauss magnetic field (supplier has shut off production of current supplies and is only building the modified supplies).
