Can't perform Scout Scan. Can't perform Scout Scan Please go to the error concept and check all that apply The customer may see Scanner Hardware Stopped Scan message in the operator console area 1 Use the following script and search the message log at time of Scout failure to get the correct errors. [insite@erct ~]$ /usr/g/insite/bin/viewlog 2 Type those errors in the psdb search box separate by spaces 3 Go to the error concept and check the appropriate errors
