Symptom
Unable to Scan on HNS coil with Error 2261140 See Long Description No issue with any other coils, or with other sections of HNS coil. When doing an MRA (TOF) of the head using the Head Neck Unit, the system would give the following errors during prescan: 2261140 Host: CNSJOMR2 Process: NSP File: APS:aps_pass2 Line: 245 Exception Class: Unknown Severity: Unknown Function: Software/Firmware/Config: N/A PSD: Vasc TOF SPGR Coil: HNS NVHead Scan: 5107/6 Coil disconnected while prepped or scanning. 2224666 Host: CNSJOMR2 Process: psc File: ../PscMainControl.cc Line: 1383 Exception Class: Unknown Function: Prescan: Host Autoprescan Auto Prescan failed, possible data acquisition error. Try again or use Manual Prescan.
