Unable to scan with Power Monitor Faults due to Quad Head Coil Quick Disconnect Box.
Symptom
Will Not Scan, Power Monitor Faults Using the Head Coil Get a power monitor fault during the Auto Prescan. The customer verified the proper patient weight was entered and that the patient was not touching the sides of the body coil.
Error message
2225737 Power Monitor 1 Fault. RF Transmit power has reached safety limit allowed for scan parameters and patient weight.
